Following rounds of mediocre matchups and games that couldn't be found anywhere, either on television or streaming online, the quarterfinals of the 2011 Carling Cup are here. This is the first round where television coverage and live online streaming is widely available, and the draw has produced a couple of fantastic high-profile matchups. Arsenal will face Manchester City on Tuesday, while Chelsea will host Liverpool .
If you live in the United States, you can find both games on FOXSoccer.tv. Unfortunately, Chelsea vs. Liverpool will not be on television in the United States, UK or Canada, and is only streaming online. Arsenal vs. Manchester City has much wider availability. In addition to being available on FOXSoccer.tv, the match can be seen on FOX Soccer Plus in the USA, Sky Sports 2 in the UK, and Sportsnet World in Canada.
Chelsea vs. Liverpool kicks off at 2:45 pm ET, 7:45 pm local time. Arsenal vs. Manchester City kicks off 15 minutes later. The other match taking place on Tuesday, Cardiff vs. Blackburn, is not available on television or via legal streaming.
