The Jets had arguably their best win of the season, a 27-21 comeback victory over the San Diego Chargers on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
After three straight losses, Gang Green now has two wins in a row and has a 4-3 record heading into the bye week. NJ.com users have been assigning grades to the Jets, and it's mostly A's and B's across the board.
Says NJ.com user joeheel:
That was a solid win and a great way to enter the bye week. Nothing flashy. No one had a day that could not be repeated (although Plaxico had a great game and showed why the Jets wanted him). The Jets played completely within themselves. The offensive line is getting better every week. The defense gave up 14 points to one of the best QBs in the NFL and nothing in the second half. Get healthy and enjoy the time off!

Meanwhile, Plaxico Burress had his best game with the Jets, hauling in three touchdown passes -- all inside the red zone.
NJ.com user Big A writes:
I'm happy with Plaxico's performance. His greatest value is in the red zone and he came through. With the emergence of Kerley, and having Holmes and Keller as options between the 20s, Plax doesn't have to have 100 yd games for the Jets to win.

NJ.com user bill615 believes the Jets still have much to prove:
Let’s not get carried away by this win. Chargers may be 4-2, but look at the teams they have beaten (Minn, KC, Mia, Den). Those teams have a combined record of 6-19, with 3 of the 6 wins against Miami, Minn and Indy. Take those out of the mix, and the teams the Chargers have beaten have a whopping 3-19 record. Norv Turner may be a lousy coach, but he doesn’t have that good a team. Jets still have a LOT to prove.
And NJ.com user njeditorial comments on coach Rex Ryan:
Love him or not, Rex is a good head coach. He's the foundation that supports this team. If Sanchez can improve as a QB (his 2nd 1st down INT in the EZ this season was discouraging) and running game can keep pounding, Jets will be fun to watch. Lots of young guys on D doing their job. It is undeniable that Ryan's teams never give up!
