NIAGARA FALLS—Two men were stabbed in the abdomen early Sunday by a man they had accused of breaking into vehicles outside a bar.
The two victims told police they saw the man break into a car just be-fore 4 a.m. near the 1900 block of Welch Avenue and followed him to a nearby home. He came out with another man armed with a baton, as well as a large pit bull dog. An argument followed, during which a 33-year-old Falls Street man and a 27-year-old Niagara Street man each claimed to have been stabbed by the suspect.
Police charged Derrick L. Hall, 43, of Welch Avenue, with two counts of felony second-degree assault. Neither victim appeared to be seriously injured.
