Personality seems to be everything on Food Network Star season seven. Culinary chops, naturally, are a part of it, but if a finalist struggles to show who they are, they’re going to have a hard time surviving the likes of judges Bob Tuschman, Susie Fogelson, Bobby Flay, and Giada de Laurentiis.
None of the girls like Penny, but only Jyll confronts her the night before elimination. Penny says she’s done with the drama, but come elimination time, she’s fine with using it as a excuse for her lackluster performance. Even so, Penny is safe because of her food, as are Vic, Jeff, and this week’s winner, Susie. Mary Beth, Whitney, and Chris weren’t in the top three, but they did well enough to be safe too.
