Comedian Patrice O'Neal has died.

His agent says the 41-year old passed away Tuesday after suffering a stroke last month.

The funny-man took part in the Comedy Central roast of Charlie Sheen back in September.

He was a Boston native, performing on Conan O'Brien and David Letterman's shows as well as appearing in the sitcoms "Arrested Development" and "The Office."

In a statement, O'Neal's agent says... "many of us have lost a close and loved friend; all of us have lost a true comic genius."

Kate Gosselin is addressing rumors that she's undergone a facelift.

The former reality star and mother of eight denies having any work done on her face.

In a blog post Gosselin writes... "with all the buzz about me having a face-lift, I will confirm that I have not had one. (I am only 36!!!)."

Gosselin says she's taking the speculation over her youthful looks as a compliment.

Madonna's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie is opening up about his eight-year marriage to the material girl.

The 43-year-old British film director told "Details" magazine he doesn't regret the relationship but says he stepped into a soap opera and lived in it for quite a long period of his life.

But he says the experience was ultimately positive, and he loves the two children who came out of their relationship.
