Robert Straight IV, 18, of North Fourth Street, Perkasie, and Andrew Quici, 18, of Hopwood Drive, Warminster, were charged June 18 with burglary and related offenses when they were captured soon after a burglary at Village Market on S. Main Street in Sellersville, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.

Someone tried to forcibly gain entry into a Sellersville Fire Department building at Papa Joe’s Grove about 2:27 a.m. June 6, Perkasie Borough Police Department said. The person did not gain entry, but the locking mechanism was damaged, police said.
Items including baseball field foul poles and a pop-up tent were reported taken from locked enclosures in the Pennridge South Middle School football field area on June 13, Perkasie Borough Police Department said. There was also property damage in the incident, police said.
Colin McCormic, 23, of Grenoble Drive, Sellersville, was arrested June 7 and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.
Kathryn Giese, 25, of Kittery Court, Sellersville, was arrested about 5 a.m. June 8 and charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to South Main Street, Sellersville, for a report of a suspicious, occupied vehicle, Perkasie Borough Police Department said. Jeremy Kostenbauder, 30, of Kittery Court, Sellersville, a passenger in the vehicle, was also charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threats, police said.

Richard Bossert, 46, of Allentown Road, Sellersville, was ticketed for trespassing after officers responded to the Sellersville Fire Department on June 16 for an unauthorized person on the property, Perkasie Borough Police Department said.

Elizabeth Baxter, 61, of the Сто block of Bobby Drive, Newark, Del., was charged with felony retail theft after $150 of merchandise was reported taken from Walmart on Route 309 about 12:22 p.m. June 8, Hilltown Township Police Department said. Baxter, who had fled the store, was captured a short distance away, police said. Records show she has three prior arrests and convictions for retail theft, police said.
Michael James Ayers, 18, of the 1100 block of Welsh Road, Lansdale, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft after $137.68 was reported taken from Walmart on Route 309 about 3:18 p.m. April 4, Hilltown Township Police Department said. Records show that Ayers had a previous retail theft conviction in 2009, police said.
Tenesha Ann Ellison, 29, Maurice Treadwell, 32, and Deborah D. Lewis, 60, all from the Четыресто block of East Summit Street, Telford, were charged with misdemeanor retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy after more than $700 of merchandise was reported taken from Giant Food Store on Route 113 about 11:22 p.m. April 17, Hilltown Township Police Department said. The vehicle was soon found by another Hilltown officer in a nearby development and the three were identified from store surveillance video, police said.
Dennis Kivlin, 58, of the 500 block of Harleysville Pike, Souderton, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief after he got out of his vehicle and kicked and shattered the right front headlight assembly of a Saab 900 SE at Walmart on Route 309 about 3:56 p.m. May 15, Hilltown Township Police Department said.
Kivlin was enraged at the female driver of the vehicle when she could not back out of her parking space because of people walking behind her vehicle, police said. The damage to the Saab was reported at $637.91, police said.Continued...

Joseph Robinson, 41, of the Сто block of Ridge Run Road, Sellersville, faces charges of driving under the influence and careless driving after being stopped on Route 309 about 12:19 a.m. March 26, Hilltown Township Police Department said. Blood alcohol content tests showed a .237 percent level, police said.
Katelyn Ruth Stahl, 21, of New Hope, was flown by Med Star #6 to Lehigh Valley Hospital following an accident about 5:52 p.m. June 15 on Route 611 at Old Easton Road in Bedminster, Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin said.
A vehicle described as a gray or charcoal color full size pick-up truck, possibly a Ford, pulled into a parking lot, then pulled onto Route 611 in front of Stahl without yielding the right of way, police said. Stahl turned to avoid hitting the other vehicle, lost control and her vehicle flipped on its side, police said. Stahl, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected and landed on top of trees, police said. The other vehicle fled the scene, police said.
Several motorists stopped and aided at the scene until emergency medical personnel arrived, police said.
Ottsville Fire and Fire Police, Upper Bucks Regional, Med Star #6 and Tinicum Township Police Department assisted at the scene, police said. Swamp’s Towing removed the vehicle, police said.
