Impaired driving does indeed grant a license to kill, but is that anybody'настойчивом liberty and justice for all? How about the right to be free from harm by impaired operators?

Look for law enforcement to be cracking down on those intent on cracking up on our highways and waterways.

FINE FETTLE: A first-offense DUI with no personal injury or property damage, blood alcohol under 0.20 and no minor in the vehicle will cost a minimum of $250 just for the ticket.
