Relative humidity is a percentage of water vapour per area at a specific temperature. Relative humidity is calculated at all times of the year, but the humidex is usually only given in the warmer months from May to September.
Relative humidity can be calculated using various methods and instruments. It is a calculation to find out how many grams of water vapour can be held at a given temperature. Usually, the warmer the air, the higher its capacity for holding water vapour. Each specific temperature has a holding limit for water, and the actual amount of water held in the air at the time of measurement can be represented as a percentage. For example, if a parcel of air at 20ºC has a limit or capacity of 16 grams of water vapour and 16 grams of water vapour is measured, the air's holding capacity is at its maximum and the relative humidity (RH) of the air is said to be 100%. Take the same air with 8 grams of water vapour and your RH is 50%.

He finished the game with 33 carries for 231 yards and three touchdowns. The official colors of the Houston Texans are Deep Steel Blue, Battle Red, and Liberty White. The Texans were brought into the league as an expansion franchise, awarding an NFL team to the city of Houston because of their loss of theHouston Oilersa few years earlier. The 32 nd team, and 2002 expansion franchise, was originally awarded to the city of Los Angeles. After the Los Angeles ownership groups were unable to put together an approvable package, the NFL awarded the team to Houston. The Texans became only the second expansion team ever to win their first game, beating theDallas Cowboys19-10. The first touchdown in Houston Texan history was thrown by Quarterback David Carr and caught by Tight End Billy Miller, it came on their third ever play from scrimmage. In a victory over thePittsburgh Steelers, the Texans set an NFL record for fewest total yards in a game by a winning team with 46 yards. The Texans became the first expansion team to win their first two season openers after beating the Cowboys in 2002 and then the Dolphins in 2003. The Houston Texans first back-to-back victories in franchise history came in 2004 with wins over theKansas City Chiefsand theOakland Raiders. During a 2006 game against theOakland Raiders, the Texans finished the game with negative 5 yards passing and still won. When it came to naming the franchise, five names made it to the final selection committee; Texans, Bobcats, Apollos, Stallions, and Wildcatters. TheKansas City Chiefsoriginal name in theAFLhad been the Dallas Texans. Before officially naming the franchise the Houston Texans, team officials sought permission from Chiefs owner Lamar Hunt to use the name. In their first six years, the Texans have had the number one overall draft choice twice; selecting Quarterback David Carr in the team’s first year and Defensive End Mario Williams in 2006. Houston Texans player DeMeco Ryans won the 2006 Defensive Rookie Of The Year Award. Domanick Davis (later changing his name to Domanick Williams) won the 2004 Pepsi NFL Rookie Of The Year Award. Before this current Houston Texans team, there have been five other professional football teams with the nickname Texans. The Kansas City Chiefs were originally the Dallas Texans. There was an original Dallas Texans NFL team that folded in 1952. There was a prior Houston Texans that eventually moved to Shreveport, Louisiana that played in the 1974World Football League. Yet another team played as the Dallas Texans in the 1990’s, this time in theArena FootballLeague. Finally, when the Sacramento Gold Miners of theCanadian Football Leaguemoved to San Antonio for their final year before folding they played as the San Antonio Texans. Quarterback David Carr tied an NFL record by completing 22 consecutive passes in a game. Mark Brunell had set the record a few weeks earlier on the exact same field. At the time, when the Texans drafted Amobi Okoye in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft he was the youngest player ever drafted by an NFL team at 19 years old.
