The Aronoff Center for the Arts is located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Designed by renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the state-of-the-art facility opened in October 1995. The Center consists of three stunning performance spaces: Procter & Gamble Hall, Jarson-Kaplan Theater and Fifth Third Bank Theater.
In addition, the Aronoff Center also houses meeting and reception rooms, space for rehearsals and the Alice F. & Harris K. Weston Art Gallery.
Procter & Gamble Hall is the Aronoff Center's largest theater, and seats 2,719, has a fully-equipped stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting and a beautiful ceiling studded with 3,000 fiber optic lenses that create a starlight effect. The rich color scheme of terra-cotta, teal and ochre is accented with brass trim and cherry wood. Excellent sightlines and comfortable seating add to the enjoyment of any event.
The Jarson-Kaplan Theater seats 437 and is a perfect setting for small and medium-sized performances or meetings. The theater is surprisingly intimate with full production capabilities, great acoustics, an attractive design and excellent sightlines.
The Fifth Third Bank Theater is a studio theater which seats up to 150 in a theater setting, and can be configured for a wide variety of functions from theater to dinners and dances for up to 180. With full lighting and sound, many businesses will find the space ideal for presentations, conferences, meetings or parties.
Rehearsal Hall A flexible area which can be set up for meetings, dinners and parties. Located beneath the Fifth Third Bank Theater and sharing the same access, it can be used in conjunction with the studio theater.
Lobby Areas Three tiers with capacities ranging from 80 for sit-down dinners to 1000 for stand-up receptions, create a beautiful setting for social events, meetings and presentations. The exterior wall made of glass extends from the ground up to the third tier of the lobby and the custom designed fabric wall on each floor reflects the spectacular colors seen throughout the Aronoff Center.
The Alice F. and Harris K. Weston Art Gallery A 3,500 square-foot art gallery that hosts both national and regional touring art shows and creates a unique setting for dinners and receptions. The gallery is on two levels, each having a sophisticated, distinctive look, and can nicely accommodate small or large events.
Green Room A reception room which may be set up for sit-down dinners of 80, stand-up receptions for 140 or meetings and presentations. The design of the Green Room is very subtle with a lovely fabric wall trimmed with cherry wood and two glass walls which may be blacked-out for screenings.
Center Stage Room Walls of windows and changing displays of artwork enliven this unique space that is easily accessible from Seventh Street and the Weston Art Gallery. Recommended capacity: 120 reception; 64 dinner.
Founder's Room Will accommodate up to 32 at dinners or up to 45 at stand-up receptions. Great for small meetings and parties.
