Miui.com is the official Chinese website. They have an English site as well, en.miui.com
You can get the official releases, but the english roms still have quite a bit of Chinese in them.
MiuiAndroid is the UK website. Miui.us is the American website. They started together at miui-dev.com and split. Both have their own rom chefs prepping for the official devices as well as a number of ports. Both are available on rom manager and have ota rom downloads. Both are good sites and both of their deodexed/translations are quite good. Both have supportive communities to help you if you have problems.
I have seldom loaded the miui.com chinese site rom because there is still a lot of chinese in the rom that makes it less user friendly.
I have used both miui.us and miui.com roms and often switch depending on the week. I am sporting a miui.us rom this week, which is super stable, and had miuiandroid on the two weeks previous.
It's all good and I am grateful for their work and sites.
