
1. If desired, heat tortilla briefly in a skillet and allow to cool. Lay flat and spread peanut butter to within about 1/2 inch of the edge.
2. Place the banana slices on the tortilla and sprinkle with raisins, if using. Drizzle honey on top. Close by folding in the left and right edges and then rolling from top to bottom. Slice in half. Wrap each half individually in waxed paper or resealable plastic bags.
Per serving: 471 calories; 19g fat; 2g saturated fat; no cholesterol; 12g protein; 64g carbohydrate; 30g sugar; 6g fiber; 289mg sodium; 6mg calcium.

Note: Keep cool until ready to eat with an ice pack in the lunch box or by putting lunch box or bag in refrigerator.
